Hello everyone! 🙂 I cannot remember when was the last time I did one of these post but definitely excited to be back to share with you guys what I typically eat in a day. 😀
I’ve been obsessed with overnight oats for breakfast. It keeps me quite full in the morning which is always a good thing. I usually top it off with banana. 😀
I usually soak my oats overnight in the fridge with no lactose milk. You can also use milk of your choice. 🙂
I haven been eating a lot of pasta lately but this week I finally cooked myself some pasta. I stir-fried it with zucchini, mushrooms & oyster sauce. And for meat I quickly fry up my chicken nugget & that’s pretty much my lunch. Easy, quick & super delicious! I think I am going to cook this again for dinner tonight. 😀
I wasn’t feeling particularly hungry that night. So I only had a small bowl of rice with kim chi & a piece of BBQ chicken wing. I also had some leftover pasta that I made during the afternoon.
That is pretty much what I eat during my meal time. Honestly I am super proud of myself because I am not a morning person & I usually skip breakfast. But I make it to a point to wake up early & eat breakfast. Except weekends of course because I would love to sleep in. 😛
