The weather is finally getting warmer here in Moscow but unfortunately it has been raining a lot lately. & weather like this definitely reminds me of my trip to St. Petersburg last year.

1.Winter Palace/Alexander Column.

I remembered it was a freezing morning when we joined a free walking tour. It is a huge palace/hermitage & I wished I had more time there. Will definitely come back to this place again. πŸ™‚

This picture was taken inside the hermitage museum. I am not a fan of histories/arts but my mind was blown away when I am in this museum. This is by far my favorite museum honestly. πŸ˜€

Love every single details of this place. Definitely felt like a princess. πŸ˜›

2. Mariinsky Theatre.

Russia is well known when it comes to ballet. I cannot describe/explain to you but there is something different in Russian ballet compared to ballet around the world. I always adore Russian ballerinas especially Svetlana Zakharova, I hope to watch her performance one day. πŸ™‚

On this particular evening we watched La Sylphide. I had goosebumps from the beginning til the end. I enjoyed so much & it was definitely the highlight of my trip. πŸ˜€

3. Character Cafe.

If anyone is visiting St Petersburg please visit this coffee shop. They serve the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever tasted! Til to this day I am craving for one of their cookies. Cannot wait to go back again! πŸ™‚

Another rainy day here in Moscow which is why it is a perfect weather for a hot cup of coffee/hot chocolate.

My friend is visiting me from London in 2 months time. Hence, I am really excited to bring her to St Petersburg. If you ask me, this is definitely my favorite city in Russia so far. It is not as busy as Moscow & people are more friendly.

So this conclude some highlights of my trip in St Petersburg. Honestly I can’t wait to travel but for now I shall immerse myself with studies & a cup of coffee on this rainy weather.
