I’ve been so distracted this week & I had 2 blog posts late in a week. 🙁 Anyway, today I would like to share with you guys some of my favorite dishes I’ve been enjoying recently. This is what I typically eat when I cook at home. 🙂 I think these dishes are perfect for lunch & dinner. They are easy to make, healthy & no fuss! So let’s quickly jump right into it. 😀

My chicken nugget on the left might not look very appetizing. 😛 The brand that I would normally get ran out of stock so I tried a new one. Unfortunately I do not like it as much so I will not repurchase.

Recipes:

  • Chicken nugget/chicken fillet.
  • Corn.
  • Red pepper.
  • Mushroom
  • Red onions.

I usually keep my meals super quick and easy. I pan fried all the vegetables with salt & black pepper. & after that I also pan fried my chicken nugget. Simple & no fuss. 😛

A dish I would typically eat during lunch. It keeps me full but not too much. I hate stuffing myself with too much food in the afternoons because it will make me super lazy & tired. All I want to do is just sleep. 🙁

Recipes:

  • Broccoli.
  • An egg.
  • Sweet potatoes.

I sometimes steam/bake my sweet potatoes so it depends on what I feel like having. On this particular day I baked it. I quickly boiled up an egg & pan fried my broccoli with sea salt and black pepper. I don’t know why but I am obsessed with the taste of broccoli and sea salt. I think they compliment each other really well. 😛

Lastly, my to go dish for dinner. Trust me, this keeps me so filled up! 😀

Recipes:

  • A piece of chicken breast.
  • Mushrooms.
  • Broccoli.

I am not a huge fan when it comes to chicken breast because I do not know what to cook it with. 😛 One thing that will never go wrong is to pan fry it with some sea salt and black pepper. That’s what I’ve been doing. 😛 I also added some broccoli and mushrooms as a salad.
