Hello beautiful people! 🙂

Today I am here to show you what I typical eat in the mornings. Of course not every mornings are the same/perfect. Sometimes I do head out the door with an empty stomach because you know, you have those lazy days where you wanna sleep in a couple of minutes extra & bam! No time for breakfast. 🙁

This is definitely by far my favorite breakfast. If I am not stuffing my face with cereals & milk when I am rushing out the door this is typically what I would have for breakfast.

What you need?

  • A whole avocado.
  • 2 boiled eggs.
  • Bread of your choice.
  • Salt & pepper.
  • Mayonnaise.

I first smashed the avocado & eggs using a fork. Then I added salt & pepper for seasoning & mayonnaise for that extra flavor. While doing this I toast my bread on a pan. Simple, quick, delicious & filling. 😀

Some days when I wake up feeling a little sweet tooth this is what I will opt for. 🙂

What you will need?

  • A whole banana.
  • Bread of your choice.
  • An avocado.
  • Egg.

Basically this is very similar to the first recipe. But instead of boiled eggs I made myself a sunny side up. I also sliced a whole of banana and place it on top of the toast. This actually made a good snack/pre workout meal too! 😀

Last but not the least, my favorite breakfast on a weekend morning! 🙂 Banana oatmeal pancake, yums.

What you will need?

  • A whole banana.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 4 1/2 tablespoon of quick oats.

I first blend my oats in the blender to make it more fine & powdery. Then I smashed a whole of banana, add 2 eggs & the oats & whisk them together. Quickly heat up the pan & start making my pancake. You can top it off with maple syrup/fresh fruits. On that particular day I don’t have any fruits left hence I just ate it alone. It was so good! 😀

So there you go, I hope you found some ideas on what to have for breakfast. I am not a morning person let alone breakfast but trust me, it makes a whole lot of difference. My mornings are less blue when I head out the door with a full stomach. 😛
