What I Ate In A Day: Back To Reality.

Just came back from Budapest, Hungary a few days ago. Even though I am super sad that my holiday had come to an end but at the same time I am excited to get back to my usual routine. πŸ™‚

I was kind of rushing out the door today because I had lecture at 8.30 in the morning. I had a bowl of cereal with milk & I packed a banana, yogurt drink & some chocolate biscuits.

Had this quick & easy salad for lunch. At first I was worried I might not be full but oh boy I was wrong! πŸ˜› I had some lettuce, pan fried a whole of red bell pepper with salt, pepper & some garlic powder. & I topped it off with some chicken nuggets. You can change up the recipe as you wished. I think this will go really well with salmon/chicken breast. If you are a vegan you can add some avocados, sunflower seeds, nuts as well as dressings too! πŸ™‚

Super happy that Farsh opened a brand new store near my place! πŸ˜€ Their burgers are the best. Dare I say the best burger I’ve tried so far in town. πŸ™‚ I went for their classic burger with fries & sea buckthorn Β lemonade. Cannot wait to go again to try out other burgers from them.

I apologize for such a short post today because I just came back from vacation plus my semester just started. But I am just glad to finally be back & start fresh! πŸ˜€
