As much as I love the gold eyeshadow with red lipstick especially during the holiday season, I’ve decided to switch it up a little and go for a rosy/mauve-y look. 🙂

Note: I will skip the face because I used the exact products as the GRWM Evening Edition post. If you’re interested to read that post you can just click on the link. 🙂

So let’s jump straight to the eye makeup. 😀

I haven been showing a lot of love to my Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette. & since I am feeling pinkish this holiday season this palette is the perfect answer for my eye look! 🙂

I’ve already primed my eyes with the Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base.

Limit: First, with a blending brush I used this shade to blend into my crease and slightly above my crease. This shade is a transition colour for this look.

Buzz: Then I use a flat eyeshadow brush and dab this colour all over my eyelids. A beautiful pink shimmery shade and I absolutely love the colour.

Nooner: With the same blending brush I’ve used previously I take the shade “nooner” and blend in into my crease. This is to give my eyes more depth and definition. If you want a more natural look you can stop right at this step and apply wing eyeliner and mascara. 🙂

Blackheart: I wanted my eye makeup to be a smokey look, so I took this shade and with a flat brush I put it at the outer V of my eyes.

Using the shade “Skimp” from my Urban Decay Naked 2 Basic Palette and put in my inner corner of my eyes to brighten up my eyes a little. Trust me, this makes a huge difference! 😀

Then I used my Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Eyeliner to draw a wing eyeliner. Curled my lashes with the lash curler I got from H&M. & finishing the eye makeup with the mascara from Maybelline. If you want you can add falsies but I am not a falsies kinda girl so yeah. 🙂

This is a closer look of how my eye makeup turns out. Excuse my blemishes as my dark spots are still healing.

Because I think my eye look is pretty heavy so I’ve decided to go for a nude lips. The one I am currently wearing is Gosh’s matte lipstick in the shade “Antique”. And if you want a transition look during the evening, you can switch it up to a darker lipstick. I recommend a berry lipstick like Mac’s Fashion Revival.

& that concludes my holiday edition/ New Year Eve’s makeup look. Hope you guys found some inspiration from this post. Happy holidays and Happy New Year to everyone! 😀
