Weekend is finally here! šŸ˜€ Felt like I had a pretty long week and despite I still have class on a Saturday morning I am still pump because it is Christmas tomorrow!

Anyway, today I would like to share some of my favorite workout outfits I’ve been loving and some channels I’ve discovered over a few months ago. Let’s jump straight into it! šŸ˜€

I got both of this sport bras from Nike discount center and after wearing sport bras during workout it’s definitely a life changing, (sort of!) experience haha. These sport bras gives pretty good support as I do not have huge boobies and they absorb sweat fairly good as well. Overall I would recommend investing on a good quality sport bra. šŸ™‚

I sweat very easily hence I prefer light weight/airy kind of material as my workout outfit. Because it doesn’t leave a stain whenever I sweat plus it dries off super easily. The orange one was a free shirt from Nike Run I participated last year. Since then it has become one of my favorite workout shirt even though it’s neon orange. & for a more tone down day I will go for a classic black shirt from Adidas. & I love how the strips are hot pink and it adds some colour to the look, less boring honestly. šŸ˜›

You can never go wrong with a classic black pair of leggings. I got mine from Adidas and I love the peach band thingy. This legging is lightweight and airy as well, super comfortable for workout and it was definitely a great investment. Wore them for stretching and ballet classes and it’s definitely stretch approved by me! šŸ˜€

The grey one is a knee length leggings that I got from Decathlon if I am not mistaken. I pretty much love to shop for workout stuff there because the prices are fairly reasonable and definitely cheaper than brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok and etc. The only down side is the material. It doesn’t really absorb sweat very well so sometimes it kinda stain my butt when I sweat but oh wells haha.

Favorite workout channels:

I prefer workouting outdoor so spring and summer seasons are my favorite. Last spring I did 10 km jogging with my friends weekly, & we even did YouTube videos workout in the park! šŸ˜€

I definitely highly recommend Cassey’s YouTube channels. She does monthly workout calendars. You just have to subscribe to her blog and every month you will be able to unlock a monthly workout. I am a beginner when it comes to pilates/home workout because all my life my source of workout is ballet classes.

Her monthly calendars comes in handy because she assigned certain workout for the week and a rest day. So you don’t have to stress over/worry what workout you want to do because everything is already prepared and easy instructions to follow. šŸ™‚ So if you are a beginner like me I would definitely recommend to look into her channel.

Another channel I really like is FitnessBlender that my girl friend recommended. Honestly workouts like this are super challenging for me as I’m not exposed to doing squads, planks, & so on. All my life it’s all about Plies, Pirouettes so on and so forth. Following their routines during the spring definitely made a difference. I felt whole lot more energetic, better strength and stamina. Of course, toner and better body shape as well.

Hope some of you might find this post helpful. If you are a beginner and keen of starting out workout/don’t want to invest for gyms just yet/budget workout, check out channels on YouTube because there are tonnes of them. Find something that you are comfortable to work on and slowly build yourself from there. šŸ˜€
